Georges Abi Saab is the General Counsel of Ooredoo Group, Qatar, where he has led the company’s legal function since 2020. Mr Yan Zhujun, Laywer，a partner at Shanghai Lungtin Law Firm. He has represented a substantial number of patent invalidation cases and their associated administrative litigation, as well as civil cases such as patent infringement and ownership disputes. Mr. Song litigated many high-stakes and complex patent litigation cases representing multinational enterprises predominantly in sectors such as semiconductor, communication, optical, computer software. His recent representative cases include: representing a world-leading cell phone manufacturer in multiple patent infringement and invalidation cases, representing a world-renowned electronic products and software maker in defending multiple NPE-initiated patent infringement and invalidation cases, representing a world-leading network equipment manufacturer in defending multiple NPE-initiated patent infringement cases, representing a leading optical component manufacturer in defending multiple patent infringement cases, etc.

Ms. Zhou is a Partner at Hai Run Law Firm and a member of the Trademark Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association. She focuses on trademarks, copyright, unfair competition and patent matters, with over ten years of IP practice experience gained from leading law firms Zhong Lun and Haiwen & Partners. She represented clients in numerous landmark IP cases, including the generative AI voice infringement case which was awarded China Business Law Journal Deals of the Year. She also engages in industry standard formulation and IP academic research. Ms. Zhou graduated from Peking University and holds qualifications as both a lawyer and a patent agent.

Ms. Dai is a Partner at Beijing Hai Run Law Firm, specializing in AI-related IP, copyright, trademark and trade secret matters. She has over ten years of practice experience gained from leading domestic law firms, and serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Copyright Law Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association. She acted in the landmark generative AI voice infringement case honored with China Business Law Journal Deals of the Year, and has handled a series of influential copyright and AI IP disputes. She also participates in the formulation of IP industry standards and research projects. A graduate of Renmin University of China, she is a ranked IP Rising Star by LEGALBAND.

Mr. Cheng graduated from Peking University and received two bachelor degrees, respectively, in law and economics. Subsequently, he also received LLMs from Columbia University Law School and MA from the University of South Florida. He has been an adjunct professor at Peking University Law School since September 2011. Mr. Cheng is specializes on foreign direct investments, and corporate M&A. He has worked for over 10 years with top US and UK –based international law firms and has handled large-scale matters in the consume products, medical and hospital, finance, rail, oil, power, new energy, mining and manufacturing sectors, among others. Mr. Cheng has extensive experience in domestic and offshore corporate matters, acquisitions and restructurings, offshore listings for Chinese companies, PE fund investments, antitrust reviews, foreign direct investments and financial derivative products. Mr. Cheng was licensed to practice as a PRC lawyer in 2000 and as a New York State attorney in 2004. His working languages are Chinese and English.
